Massage Therapy Waterloo Iowa

Woman getting a massage
Chill out. De-stress. Loosen up. Unwind. Rest. Relax. Heal. Mend. Repair. Renew. That is what massage therapy does. There are many types of massage. To know what best suites you, please fill out the questionnaire here. Annette is specially trained in:
  • Mayo fascia release massage - the therapist feels for muscles and surrounding tissue that are fixed and tight and massages the area until smooth and elastic
  • Medical massage - targeted muscle therapy for the area that's in pain such as head, neck, shoulder, back, hip and sciatic
  • Pregnancy massage - wonderful for expecting mom's who experience back pain, leg pain, headaches, fatigue, swelling, stiffness and overall tiredness
  • Shiatsu massage - a Japanese inspired massage using finger, thumb and palm to put pressure on muscles
  • Swedish massage - the most common type of massage that involves gently kneading all top layer muscle areas of the body
  • Trigger point massage - This type has referred pain to the head or neck. The pressure is released  from the starting point which is usually the back
We accept Health Savings Accounts and Medical Savings Accounts for payment of Massage Therapy. Sometimes a phone consultation is needed to explain a massage therapy or billing. To speak directly to Annette please call  319-988-0059. The consultation is always free.
